Details

What it's about: Man rebelled against God, so only man could make amends with God, yet once man had fallen he was utterly unable to do so. It would take an act of God to somehow enable the gap to be crossed. It would take a God-man!.

This three week short course will enable you to engage with Jesus' humanity and see that it was authentic; Jesus was just as human as you or I.

The format: The study is arranged in two parts:

  • * The first introduces the theme of the humanity of Jesus from the pages of scripture.
  • * The second is a three-part study sheet made up of questions.

An MP3 file of teaching to accompany this course is available to stream or as a free download. Although the teaching and the course are intended to be used together, the teaching is optional and you can use the course without it if you prefer.

How to use it: You can use the study in several different ways:

  1. * By itself with your Bible.
  2. * Along with the recorded teaching.
  3. * By studying in a group.

Whichever method you adopt, the key is to listen for what the Holy Spirit has to tell you - about your beliefs, attitudes and life-style. Ask yourself what lessons you should be learning from your readings, so that you can apply them to your own understanding and life as a Christian.
